Miss Gay Missouri America, one of the oldest official state preliminaries of the Miss Gay America system, celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2024. MGMA is proud and committed to continue a tradition of excellence beyond such an important milestone. In its 52nd year, continues to offer a learning and growing to female impersonators of the Show Me State.

THE 52ND MISS GAY MISSOURI AMERICA
Heather Fellas, from Kansas City, was crowned Miss Gay Missouri America 2026 on Sunday, March 29, 2026 in Springfield. At crowning, Heather was the first alternate to Miss Gay Mid-Missouri America. Heather will proudly represent The Show Me State at the Miss Gay America 2027 pageant to be held in Atlanta, Georgia in January 2027.
